The end of May and the beginning of June found Marjorie in the hospital for major surgery
it has been a long summer recovering from that surgery and undergoing treatments at the Moffit Cancer Center. The treatments are finished, and Marjorie is doing very well, as you can see from this recent photo.
I am getting ready to move to Pasadena, and Marjorie will soon be moving to San Diego. Last Spring we were planning to move in July, so we will be a little behind that schedule, but at some points this summer it looked like it would be a long, long postponement.

I am so glad to hear that Marjorie is doing so well. My prayers will go with you both as you head to California.

The photo lends an element of reality to your comments, which is good. I am glad that you can go to the same area. As you know by now, it is an easy drive between LA and
San Diego, but one needs to be careful in choosing when one does it. Either early morning or mid evening is preferable. Best wishes
